The home must be empty on arrival. This service is for vacant properties only. If belongings, furniture, or debris remain, we can’t complete the service as quoted.

  • Moving or cleaning under heavy furniture or appliances

  • Outdoor areas beyond the garage & patio sweep
  • Biohazard or hazardous material cleanup
  • Personal belongings, trash, or debris — home must be empty
  • Scraping paint or removing permanent wall marks
  • Chimney cleaning

Service requirements

Before we arrive
Home must be empty

Performed on vacant properties only — no belongings, furniture, or debris.

Working utilities

Water, electricity, and HVAC must be fully operational at the time of service. Properties without functioning utilities can’t be serviced.

Climbing height

For safety, team members won’t climb higher than a 2-step ladder.
