Across Houston and Katy, recurring cleaning runs $102 to $550 a visit, deep cleaning $306 to $1,210, and move-out cleaning $275 to $1,210, plus 8.25% TX sales tax. If the house is in reasonable shape and you want it kept that way, that is regular cleaning on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule. If it needs resetting first — after a renovation, a long gap, or before starting a plan — that is a deep clean. If it is empty and changing hands, that is move-out cleaning.
